Doctors
Dr. Mark grew up in the small town of Farmersville, Texas and went to college at Stephen F. Austin State University and medical school at the University of North Texas – Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, Texas. He did his Family Medicine residency at St. Anthony’s Family Medicine Residency Program in Casper, Wyoming.
He enjoys seeing patients of all ages and working with them through the full spectrum of family medicine. He has a special interest in chronic diseases, geriatrics and multi-generational family care.
Diane is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing for 10 years. She is passionate about making patient-centered care her priority, and she loves the long-term relationship that a primary care provider can build with their patients.

Located in the heart of Leadville at 804 English Road, RMFP is the first practice in Lake County to offer Direct Primary Care. This healthcare model puts patient care first by eliminating fee-for-service payment and third party (insurance) billing, allowing patients extraordinary access to their physician for one low, affordable membership fee.
Dr. Cooper completed his medical training at Sparrow Hospital/University of Michigan Family Medicine Residency Program in Lansing, Michigan. He was born and raised in Casper, Wyoming.
Jane is a long time Casper native and graduated from both Casper College and University of Wyoming. She worked as a nurse for 17 years and then went back to school and is now a Family Nurse Practitioner. Jane has been with Rocky Mountain Family Practice since 2013.
Tests & Labs
ESTABLISHED patients of Rocky Mountain Family Medicine can view their medical records on the Patient Portal, including lab and radiology test results as well as scheduling their own virtual visits or requesting medication refills.
New developments and advancements in COVID-19 testing have resulted in a shorter turnaround time for results. This faster testing is accomplished through PCR test which utilizes nasopharyngeal swabs. This same-day test is available at SVH and RMFP through provider discretion and doesn’t require sending samples to an outside laboratory for testing.
HRRMC has also expanded its Direct Access Testing (DAT) program at the Buena Vista Health Center. This enables patients to select from a menu of certain lab tests at discounted prices without a doctor’s order. Visit our DAT brochure for more information.
